What gets sent?

Your selected category, message, a random report ID and the information below. No optional game-usage events are sent from this page.

JavaScript will show your browser category and screen-size category here.

Messages are stored separately from optional usage measurement. Read how feedback is handled.

Quick help

The game will not load

Use the HTTPS play link in an up-to-date Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox browser. If it opened inside another app, try your main browser. Check your connection and use Try loading again.

If the problem continues, send the browser name, device type and the error you see. Avoid clearing browser data before making a backup of any progress you want to keep.

Where is my saved game?

Progress belongs to the browser and device where you played. Another browser, private browsing or an installed home-screen copy may use separate storage. Other players do not receive your save.

Use Backups and recovery in the game to download a progress backup, then review and restore it in the destination browser. Clearing the site's browser data can remove your progress.

How do the words work?

Make words of three to six letters from the six tiles. Each tile can be used once per word. Select Enter word to submit. Matching words fill the board; other accepted words score as bonuses.

The game uses a curated American English word list. A word can be absent even if it is used in English. Send Word feedback to suggest a word for review.

How do I turn off sound or usage measurement?

Sound effects can be switched off in Settings; there is no background music. Optional usage measurement is a separate choice in Privacy and options. You can play normally with measurement off.
